What to include
- Order questions: your order number and the name on the order.
- A specific piece: the item name, for example “Bracelet 427.”
- Custom designs: the occasion, colors you like, your wrist size if it’s a bracelet, and when you need it.
Every piece is handmade and one of a kind, so if something you love has sold, ask us — we may be able to make something in the same spirit.
